How do I book a doctor's appointment online in Syria?
Search SihatunaCare by specialty, city or doctor name, open the doctor's profile, pick an available time and confirm. You receive a confirmation and reminders, and the whole flow works from your phone or computer.
Does booking an appointment cost anything?
No. Searching, booking and reminders are free for patients. You only pay the doctor's own consultation fee at the visit, and every profile shows that fee up front.
How do I find a doctor by specialty in my city?
Use the doctors directory and filter by specialty and city, or open a specialty page and pick your city. Each profile shows the clinic address, the consultation fee and the available times.
Are the doctors on SihatunaCare verified?
Yes. A doctor's professional licence information is reviewed before the profile is approved and shown to patients, and approved doctors carry a verified mark.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes. Open your appointments after signing in and cancel the booking or move it to another available time; the clinic sees the change immediately.
Do I need an account to book?
Yes. Creating a patient account is free and takes about a minute — you confirm your email address with a verification code and can then book, track and manage your appointments.
Can I use SihatunaCare in Arabic?
Yes. The whole platform works in Arabic with right-to-left layout as well as in English, and you can switch language at any time.
How do patient reviews work?
Patients can rate a doctor and write a review after their visit. Ratings appear on the doctor's profile, so you can see other patients' experience before you book.
Can medical centers and pharmacies join SihatunaCare?
Yes. Medical centers and pharmacies register on the platform and appear in the directory after their information is reviewed and approved.
Is my health information private?
Yes. Your appointments and health information are stored securely with controlled access and are never shown publicly or shared for advertising.
